My shopping and buying experience with was Good On All Points: (1) The website was easy to browse. (2) I had a couple of questions about the product that I wanted. I found easy access to the support team email and sent a request for answers to my questions. I received an email the next day that provided me the information I needed. (3) All of my interaction with the company was met with courteous, quick, and precise responses. (4) I ordered based on the information I received from the support team member - ordering was quick and easy. (5) Based on my previous online search the price was the best that I found from any source. (6) There was a longer than expected wait time for delivery so I sent another email to determine the problem. The support team member discovered the problem quickly and sent me a reply. (7) The product arrived in excellent condition. It was as expected. It worked well and is still working well. What can I say: "I'm a happy customer." So far the filters are working great, been using for about 2 weeks. Got them very quickly despite being shipped coast to coast. Much less expansive than buying the filters. Great experience
